I’m a seasoned former executive search partner, using my knowledge and skills in an "encore career” as an executive career coaching entrepreneur. After 3 decades of highly successful executive recruiting experience, I created Getzkin Executive Career Coaching & Consulting.

My mission is simply to guide executives through developing and executing a proactive career transition and career growth strategy, empowering executives to achieve their purpose.
