Working Voices is a British Professional Skills consultancy founded 25 years ago that specializes in Communication, Leadership and Critical Thinking. Established in 1998 and represented all over the world, we field 44 trainers and coaches, serve 100+ major clients, and offer a completely blended service including our eLearning Platform Learnflix, Virtual Workshops and Classroom Training.

More specifically, we work in the following areas: Presenting, Personal Impact, Networking and Personal Brand, Influencing & Persuasion, Wellbeing, Writing & Productivity, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership, and Critical Thinking. We train at all levels, from graduate entrant through to C-Suite.

Our trainers are deeply experienced and not only provide the training but are part of a design and consultancy service including our Learning Intelligence Unit that works on skills for the workplace of the future.

With that in mind we’ve recently developed a new thought leadership concept. The Sustainable Human is an innovative learning strategy designed to support managers and employees who are not performing due to technological and cultural changes within their organisation. It’s a new approach to leadership and wellbeing that uses communication tools to strengthen engagement, foster teamwork and to boost retention.

The Learnflix eLearning Platform is a Scorm compliant product with its own App, featuring around 1100 micro-learning videos across 8 Themes. The videos are all presented by Working Voices’ own trainers, quite a few of whom are US based. We are currently seeking a strategic partnership with a US HR entity to expand our reach. This partnership would enable you to offer our services to your clients for which we would reward you with a very generous commission.
