In 2025, Rebecca completed the Goldman Sachs OMBW Program. She was honored as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Top 25 Women in Business in 2024. Her outstanding HR practices led to her membership on the distinguished Forbes HR Council for senior level executives in 2019, and to date she has penned over a dozen published contributions for Forbes.com, including four featured articles. She won the Charlotte Business Journal's Best in HR award in 2019 and inducted into the 125th edition of Marquis Who's Who among American Business Leaders.
