Jawnt is a commuter benefits platform that makes IRS §132(f) transit and parking programs simple for HR and seamless for employees. We work with employers to design benefits programs that meet commuters' needs, handle all pre-tax payroll deductions, and can customize employer-paid subsidies by location, employee type, or benefit.

Employees enroll via an employer-specific page and have clear visibility into the benefits they're eligible for, whether it's a participating agency pass (digital or physical, where supported) or the Jawnt Pass Visa® commuter debit card.

Jawnt integrates with HRIS/payroll via secure SFTP with optional PGP, validates files through a multi-week testing cycle, and performs weekly reconciliation after launch to keep eligibility, deductions, and funding in sync. Administrators configure policies by location or cost center, set dollar caps or fully-funded options, and access real-time reporting on adoption, spend, employee savings, subsidy utilization, and reconciliation results. Point-of-sale controls and monitoring help align purchases to §132(f) rules.

Jawnt provides launch communications and educational materials to drive participation, as well as a dedicated U.S.-based Support Team for both admins and employees. Periodic business reviews keep the program aligned with workforce needs, providing a best-in-class commuter experience for the entire workforce.
