Tapuat is a leadership coherence research institute. We measure the psychophysiological state that leadership behavior arises from and turn it into a baseline leaders and their organizations can track over time. Our instrument, the Heart Leadership Index (HLI), anchors executive development, coaching, and leadership programs in measurement rather than self-report.

Tapuat is a leadership coherence research institute.

Most leadership development works on behavior: how leaders communicate, decide, and show up. Tapuat measures the psychophysiological state those behaviors arise from, and makes it a number a leader and their organization can see.

Our instrument is the Heart Leadership Index (HLI). It establishes a coherence baseline across seven measured dimensions, shows a leader where they stand, and re-measures through a development cycle so progress is visible rather than assumed. L&D and talent teams use it to ground executive development, succession work, and leadership programs in evidence.

The method rests on psychophysiology, neuroscience, and complexity science. Every claim earns its place through measurement.
