Accordia HSA+ brings health savings accounts and consumer-directed benefits (CDH) administration together under one platform — and under one bank.

Accordia Bank is a bank and an HSA custodian. Because Accordia holds HSA cash deposits on its own balance sheet rather than passing them to a third-party bank, it pays tiered interest to accountholders and charges no per-account-per-month administration fee on HSAs.

Employers administer HSA, health FSA, limited-purpose FSA, dependent care FSA, HRA, commuter, lifestyle spending accounts, and COBRA through a single employer portal. Employees use one debit card, one mobile app, and one account view, with integrated self-directed and model-portfolio investing available above the investment threshold.

Accordia works with any payroll, benefits administration, or file vendor, supports automated eligibility and contribution files, and assigns a dedicated implementation lead and named service contacts. Coordinated trustee-to-trustee transfer support is included for employers moving from an incumbent custodian.
