📢Employers with employees in Illinois, have you submitted your application for the Equal Pay Registration Certificate? The Illinois Department of Labor recently posted a FAQ indicating that all employers with 100 or more employees in or who report to a location in Illinois must obtain an Equal Pay Registration Certificate by March 23, 2024, regardless of whether they have been notified by the state.
