About Random Acts of Green
Since 2015, Random Acts of Green has been helping companies educate and engage their staff in environmental sustainability initiatives, such as climate change, biodiversity loss, plastic pollution, food waste, and nature disconnection. We help teams understand why taking environmental action is important - and then provide them with the tools and resources to make an impact.
Through our workshops, online learning programs, team challenges, and app, we help teams all around the world learn how small changes, like composting, refusing plastics, or growing your own food, can add up to make BIG collective impacts.
🌲BRING RANDOM ACTS OF GREEN TO YOUR WORKPLACE🌲
71% of Job Seekers want to work for a company that is sustainable (CSR Journal 2021). Engaging employees in sustainability is key for several reasons:
🌎It gives them a sense of belonging, drive, passion and purpose.
🌎It unleashes their potential to make a difference.
🌎 It inspires them to do something that they can feel good about.
🌎 If done successfully, it will even resonate into their personal lives, spilling over to decisions they make with their families, communities and the environment around them.
🌎 It helps improve employee retention.
🌎It helps attract talent.
You can view our workshop topics, challenges, and employee engagement programs on our website.
We've worked with companies - big and small - around the world, such as Sleeman Breweries, Siemens Mobility, The Beer Store, Hub Labels, and Sunday Sky. We're excited to help educate and engage your team in environmental initiatives.
