Founded by a self-declared Payroll evangelist and advocate, our mission is to make Payroll a pivotal function in every company.

At GPG, our purpose is clear: to make Payroll a career of choice for talented professionals and to position it as a recognized and respected global industry. No more selecting "other" on forms - Payroll should have its rightful place in the C-suite and beyond.

• Serving Payroll Professionals: Providing resources and support to position Payroll as a recognized global industry.

Our Goals for 2024 - 2027
• Create Globally Accepted Quality Standards: Partner with ISO and CMMI to establish robust quality standards for Payroll. Ensure these standards are recognized and adopted worldwide, enhancing the credibility and professionalism of Payroll.
• Integrate Payroll into the C-Suite: Advocate for Payroll’s inclusion in the executive decision-making processes. Demonstrate how strategic Payroll can optimize operational costs, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance and risk management.
• Transform Payroll Compensation: Change how compensation describes the Payroll function in salary surveys. Lobby for improved pay ranges that reflect the true value of Payroll professionals.
