As reported March 29, 2023, in various outlets, DCI has confirmed that the Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Jenny Yang has left the agency. 

During a session at the ABA EEO Conference in Las Vegas, the Hon. Seema Nanda, Solicitor of Labor, confirmed that starting Monday, April 3, 2023, Jenny Yang will work for President Biden as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Racial Justice and Equity. This comes just three weeks after Secretary of Labor Mary Walsh left the Department of Labor. Michele Hodge, the current career Deputy Director, will serve as Acting Director of the OFCCP. 

Nanda confirmed that OFCCP is still prioritizing building strong systemic cases and broadening their community outreach efforts. DCI is following the leadership developments at OFCCP and will continue to update our clients as changes occur.
