There is still time to participate in the 2025 DMEC Leave Management Survey conducted by DMEC and Spring Consulting Group. This survey focuses on leave types required by law, such as the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, company-specific leaves, and paid leaves. It also explores coordination of these laws with other types of employee time away from work to ensure a strategic (and successful) approach.
There is a growing need for trustworthy industry data that examines how employers manage regulatory and nonregulatory leaves, and the practicalities of insourced versus outsourced programs and return-to-work protocols.
