Press Release

Join the conversation shaping accommodation and leave management at the 2027 DMEC Compliance Conference, taking place April 20-23 at the Hilton Portland Downtown in Portland, Oregon.

The DMEC Compliance Conference  is an opportunity to share your expertise, elevate your professional profile, and help advance the field of workplace accommodation and leave management. We're looking  for  practical, engaging, and  for ward-thinking sessions that equip attendees with strategies they can apply immediately in their organizations.

Whether you're showcasing a successful program, sharing lessons learned, highlighting emerging trends, or exploring complex compliance challenges, your perspective can help shape the conversations that matter most to our industry.

We are looking  for  sessions that explore:

  • Timely issues affecting accommodation and leave management.
  • Practical solutions professionals can apply in their organizations.
  • Case studies and lessons learned from real-world experience.
  • Innovative approaches to evolving workplace challenges.

This is an opportunity to share what you have learned, contribute to important industry conversations, and give fellow professionals meaningful takeaways they can put into practice.
