Solacove supports employees through the fertility process, not just the treatment itself.

A company can fund fertility treatment and still leave an employee unsupported through it. Coverage pays for the procedure. It does not answer the 11 pm questions, explain what the next four weeks will feel like, or give an employee a private place to navigate the experience.

OpenCove is Solacove's workplace fertility benefit, giving employees access to original editorial content, structured support, and a community built by people who are in it, have been through it, or support someone who is.

Employees access OpenCove privately. They do not disclose it to their employer. HR does not administer it.
