Kelly Consulting was created out of need.

A need to find solutions to real life organizational and business pain points. Kelly Products Inc is a holding company of 17 businesses at various life stages spanning 26 years. We had business challenges and incredible opportunities but needed outside eyes and ears to help navigate the path forward.

We needed Strategic Planning and now have successfully deployed StratOp across all our companies. It is the system we run and grow our companies on.

We needed a people strategy to execute our business strategy. With exponential growth over the past five years, we needed tools to help us scale while maintaining our culture and implementing our strategic plans. The Predictive Index is our people strategy. Coaches keep us in the game, providing input and feedback. The Four Hats of a Leader helps us build out holistic teams based on putting the right leader in place for the challenge or opportunity we are attacking.

We are fortunate to see opportunities come our way by means of our many businesses. We had to figure out a way to quickly and objectively vet opportunities. Saying “no” to opportunities was important, if not more important, than saying yes to deals. 6Q has become our growth strategy.
